Returns
You have [30] calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at jonisellincw@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
RefundsOnce we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5-7] business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

ExchangesWe only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at jonisellincw@hotmail.com.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
